Best Time To Visit

The desert truly dazzles in winter. When much of the nation is experiencing months of rain, snow, and winter storms, daytime temperatures in Palm Springs remain comfortable. Most residents forget so many other places are bundled up and shoveling snow. This means visitors can comfortably, hike, play tennis, shop in outdoor malls, and lounge by the pool. Of course, prices are higher, and the crowds are more prominent during the high season between winter holidays and mid-Spring. The fall is less crowded, the weather great, and the prices more moderate.

Money-Saving Tips

Summer is hot in Palm Springs with temperatures over 100-degrees. As a result, it’s also the slow season. But if you plan around the heat with some pool time and early morning walks, you can cash in on big hotel deals or easily score prime rentals and timeshare slots. This is especially true on Sunday – Thursday stays as weekends can still be quite busy.

這次有去桂花巷花茶湯圓，南庄老街最有名冰店！這篇是跟旅行團出遊不是業配。 上次去苗栗南庄老街去玩，整個行程為遊南庄、向天湖、護魚步道。 最後要回家時我們去吃了南庄有名的桂花巷花茶湯圓，他們家的手工釀製桂花花蜜，帶著迷人桂花香的香氣，甜滋滋的味道，加在清冰上面就非常好吃，在家切點水果淋上桂花釀也更添風味，超級推薦喜歡桂花香的人可以直接帶一罐桂花釀走😋😋😋😋😋。 基本上要排一下隊才吃得到。像我就等不到在店內的位置吃，我就直接外帶到附近小巷階梯坐著吃。 南庄老街假日時的人潮，大家都沒戴口罩，這當然是疫情爆發之前的旅遊囉 這是他們有名的桂花冰 拿到旁邊人少的地方吃 拍一下店面前的人潮囉(1) 拍一下店面前的人潮囉(2) 不得不說，位在老街小巷中，這麼熱門的店家外頭真的是很擠，也可以看得出來他們家人氣真的很高。店內賣的品項有不同口味的冰鎮湯圓冰品，除了招牌桂花釀外，還有玫瑰、薰衣草、水蜜桃及藍莓。如果不想吃冰，也可以點杯花茶來喝。 因為生意太好，所以每位店員都是忙到不可開交、毫無休息時間可言。底下先鋪上一層冰，放上水果、冰鎮湯圓，最後再淋上桂花釀，這樣一碗桂花冰湯圓就完成了，在客人手中吃了起來。 軟軟又QQ 的冰鎮湯圓，真的非常非常超級可愛，也因為湯圓是糯米做的，所以特別加上水果可以幫助消化，也讓整碗冰的顏色看起來非常的美。結論是湯圓、水果或冰搭配桂花花蜜一起吃，每口都非常好吃，能散發桂花清香，到了苗栗南庄真不能錯過！

OSAKA visitor's guide

Osaka (大阪, Ōsaka) is Japan's second largest metropolitan area after  Tokyo . It has been the economic powerhouse of the  Kansai Region  for many centuries. Osaka was formerly known as Naniwa. Before the  Nara Period , when the capital used to be moved with the reign of each new  emperor , Naniwa was once Japan's capital city, the first one ever known. In the 16th century,  Toyotomi Hideyoshi  chose Osaka as the location for his  castle , and the city may have become Japan's political capital if  Tokugawa Ieyasu  had not terminated the Toyotomi lineage after Hideyoshi's death and moved his government to distant  Edo (Tokyo) .
